Leadership Development can take many forms. Starting with a  conversation to identify gaps, I will work with you to design a development plan for individuals or teams. 

Plans may include:

  • Executive coaching
  • 360 degree feedback
  • Strengths assessments
  • Personality assessments
  • Development exercises ( Yes, I give homework!)
  • Uncovering stretch and growth opportunities within and outside of the formal work environment
