Hello! 
My name is Meike Krug. I'm an executive coach, conversation facilitator, entrepreneur and leader.
I've worked in organizational learning and leadership development for over 20 years.  

I've been involved in coaching in one form or another for the better part of my career as an executive coach for an international fortune 500 company, a mentor for a manager-in-training program, and a career coach for a not-for-profit organization. These experiences have been integral in my career path and have shaped and been shaped by my natural propensity for encouraging and challenging others to be their very best self. 

I'm committed to facilitating conversations that matter; conversations that inspire change in thinking and being.
